The Faculty of Economics at Latakia University discussed a doctoral dissertation submitted by student Lina Habra, in the Department of Business Administration, titled "The Mediating Role of Thinking for Job Commitment in the Relationship between Internal Marketing Practices and Organizational Citizenship Behavior."

The faculty awarded the student a doctoral degree with a grade of "Excellent," after she obtained a score of 88 on the dissertation.
