The Council of Tishreen University, in its session today chaired by Dr. Eyad Fahsa, the University President, reviewed the state of the examination process and the requirements for completing it in the best possible manner.
The University President stressed that providing air conditioning and ventilation for the examination halls is among the university’s priorities, in line with its available resources. He pointed out the need to control energy consumption in administrative offices in a way that contributes to maintaining stable electricity supply in lecture halls and classrooms.
Dr. Fahsa instructed the deans of the faculties to ensure the publication of the prescribed curricula on the official pages of the faculties and to specify the examination methods for the courses from the beginning of the academic year. He also emphasized the need to require hall supervisors to carry out their assigned duties, hold negligent staff accountable in accordance with the law, and ensure the distribution of students in a manner that guarantees the integrity and transparency of the examination process.
Both
the Director of Engineering Affairs and the Director of Supplies and Warehouses
at the university gave a presentation on the work related to power supply,
maintenance of fans and air conditioners in the examination halls, the
mechanism for distributing stationery and papers, and the maintenance of
printing and copying machines.
