The Ministry of Higher Education announces the conditions for applying to the transfer competition (equivalent transfer and change of registration) from Syrian and non-Syrian universities, both public and private, to Syrian private fee-paying universities.

It also announces the admission competition based on the institute certificate or the Syrian bachelor's degree for enrollment in Syrian private fee-paying universities.
