The Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center at Latakia University, in cooperation with the Faculty of Physical Education, held a workshop today, Monday 21/9/2026, titled "Course Description," in the seminar hall at the Faculty of Physical Education.

The workshop addressed a number of topics related to the quality of the educational process and the mechanisms of course description, contributing to enhancing the concepts of quality and academic accreditation and raising the level of the educational process.

The workshop was presented by Dr. Alaa Tawil, Head of the Educational Process Quality Department at the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center, and Dr. Essam Mashi, Director of the Quality Assurance Unit at the Faculty of Physical Education.

The workshop targeted faculty members at the Faculty of Physical Education and served as an opportunity to exchange expertise and discuss practices related to course description in line with the requirements of quality assurance and academic accreditation.

This workshop comes within the framework of the university's efforts to enhance the culture of quality and develop academic practices, supporting the improvement of educational outputs and raising the level of academic performance.
