The Dean of the Applied College, Dr. Hatim Mahmoudi, and the Administrative Deputy, Dr. Fadi Mutawaj, held an expanded meeting this morning with the heads of examination halls and secretaries, along with a number of student representatives from the student body, as part of the final preparations for the theoretical examinations of the second semester.

The meeting aimed to discuss the examination instructions in detail, reviewing all provisions related to the mechanism of exam conduct, the role of hall heads and secretaries in organizing the examination process, as well as listening to proposals from student representatives, who presented their views on some instructions to ensure clarity for everyone.

The Dean emphasized the importance of coordination among all parties, stressing the need to apply the instructions with fairness and transparency to ensure a suitable examination environment for students.
