The Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center concluded on Wednesday, 10/6/2026, its series of workshops titled "Developing Academic Reference Standards (ARS) and Describing Programs and Courses Accordingly," in the presence of Dr. Mohammad Haroun, Vice President of the University for Scientific Affairs.

The final segment of the workshop featured participation from representatives of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, the Faculty of Physical Education, the Higher Institute of Languages, the Higher Institute for Marine Research, and the Higher Institute for Environmental Research.

These workshops are part of a series of training courses and programs organized by the center, aimed at following up on the practical implementation of their outputs within faculties and institutes through meetings of specialized committees. This contributes to completing the preparation and updating of Academic Reference Standards (ARS) to keep pace with developments and labor market requirements, ultimately aiming for the development of academic programs that align with quality standards and accreditation requirements.
