The Faculty of Informatics Engineering held an interactive workshop titled "Requirements of the Domestic and International Labor Markets" to commemorate the anniversary of the glorious liberation and victory of the Syrian Revolution. The workshop witnessed a remarkable turnout from students of Informatics Engineering, Communications and Electronics Engineering, and Computer and Control Engineering. Its aim was to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and the job market, preparing a generation of engineers capable of competing and contributing to the Syrian national economy.

The workshop was presented by Engineer Ali Salman, Partner and Technical Development Manager at Tap to See, a company specializing in networks, software, and artificial intelligence. He highlighted the latest technical skills required in the local and global markets and how to build a technical background that opens up career opportunities.

Professor Salman also addressed the marketing aspect, introducing students to the art of digital marketing and how to understand the needs of the local and international markets to provide appropriate technological solutions.

The workshop included a practical component, showcasing real-world technological projects that provided students with practical examples of how to handle assigned tasks and effective communication within a team. The workshop was attended by the Vice Presidents of Latakia University, the Dean of the Faculty of Information Engineering, and the Director of International, Cultural and Public Relations at the university.
