President of Latakia University Reviews Admission Tests at the Faculty of Physical Education

This morning, the President of Latakia University, Dr. Eyad Fahsa, reviewed the progress of the admission tests at the Faculty of Physical Education, which included the medical examination, physical fitness test, and personal interview.

Dr. Fahsa listened to a detailed explanation from the Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education about the measures taken to ensure the integrity of the testing process and the provision of technical and administrative support to the examination committees.

In a statement by the President of the University regarding the participation of joint committees in the admission tests, he affirmed that the participation of committees representing the universities of Latakia, Hama, and Idlib constitutes an important step toward strengthening academic cooperation and exchanging expertise among the teaching and administrative staff of Syrian universities. He pointed out that this experience reflects the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s commitment to standardizing criteria and ensuring transparency and integrity in the admission process.

Dr. Fahsa noted that the tests will be conducted over two days at the three universities according to a unified schedule that takes into account the specific circumstances of each university.
