A joint research was carried out by the Biotechnology Center, the Faculty of Agriculture, Tishreen University, and the General Authority for Biotechnology in Damascus / funded by the General Authority in Damascus in 2012, entitled "Biological control of tomato seedling diseases in greenhouses using mycorrhizal fungi."

Contributed to the implementation of the work in the center, a member of the technical committee from the commission and delegated to the center, Eng. Muhammad Emad Khreibeh, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Wafaa Shoman.
