**In cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform, the student body team of the Technical Institute for Financial and Banking Sciences, along with the volunteer team of fellow institute students, participated in the afforestation campaign organized by the National Union of Syrian Students over several days in the rural area of Latakia (Umm al-Tuyour – Kessab) to rehabilitate the areas affected by the 2020 fires and restore life to the forests of these regions. This was attended by colleague Dr. Youssef Shahin, member of the Executive Office of the National Union of Syrian Students, and colleague Tariq Aliya, Head of the National Union of Syrian Students – Tishreen University Branch.**
