Hero Muhammad Faydou enters the Guinness Book of Records for the third time
A student of the Faculty of Physical Education at Tishreen University, Muhammad Faydou, entered the Guinness Book of World Records for the third time after achieving a new record for the one-arm side press exercise, 63 repetitions in just one minute.
The previous world record was registered in the name of an Egyptian athlete, 46 repetitions in one minute.
